Stone Bridge Estate

Garcia Films shot the Stone Bridge Estate piece for ReeceNichols during its campaign to capture the interior and exterior of its multi-million dollar properties in the greater Kansas City area. The capabilities of our team captured the essence of this property when new drone videography technology was on the rise.

The video opens with a tour through the scenic drive up to the breathtaking Stone Bridge Estate. When shooting the video, Garcia Films combined angles that gave a virtual tour around the grounds and inside the home. Additionally, we filmed a beautiful bird’s-eye view of the home’s property including a stone in-ground pool, nearby pond, greenhouse, and barn. Shooting in the fall and winter seasons gave the home a warm and welcoming feeling.    

Following the shoot, Garcia Films transformed the virtual tours into short videos. The real estate agents were able to upload to the Multiple Listing Service’s website (MLS.com) and on social media platforms like YouTube. These were then shown to clients as a marketing tool for their real estate business to attract prospective home buyers.
